Privacy, plainly
talk2me is one real person answering messages. Here is exactly how your words are handled:
- A human reads everything you send. Replies are written by that person, never generated.
- No account, no email, no tracking. A conversation is tied to a random id kept in your browser. There are no analytics scripts and no advertising cookies.
- Messages are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically. They live on managed infrastructure (Vercel, Upstash Redis) and are relayed to the human through Feishu.
- Only spam filters run before the human. Rate limiting uses salted, hashed request fingerprints — nothing that identifies you personally.
- Please don't send secrets. No passwords, card numbers, or IDs — treat this like talking to a kind stranger, because that is what it is.
- Want something forgotten sooner? Ask in the chat itself and the human will delete the conversation.
Free during beta. Nothing you write is sold, shared, or used to train anything.
